Cancellation and no-show policy

We respect that your time is valuable and hope you understand that ours is too.

Cancellations are to be made 48 hours prior to appointments. Failure to give notice will result in losing your deposit.

Compassion is always taken into consideration as some circumstances are completely out of our hands.

Running Late

We pride ourselves on being an in-demand salon. However, this makes our time extremely valuable.

If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we will have to refuse service and reschedule your appointment to a better suited day or time.

COVID-19

We ask that you abide by our policies and procedures put in place to ensure everyone’s health and safety.

Please arrive alone to your appointment. This includes family, friends, and children.  Babies in prams and capsules are fine.
